Day In The Bay

Island Bayโ€™s annual summer festival held every February, showcasing the talent and diversity of the South Coast. Since 2023, Island Bay Festival has been reuse friendly with Nonstop Solutions. In 2025, they took the leap and went fully reusable - with 32 food and drink vendors replacing single use entirely.

The FillGood Solution:
FillGood provided a fleet of reusable serviceware, including cups, bowls, enamel plates, and trays, along with a wash trailer to service 32 food trucks and stalls over the day. Nonstop Solutions joined us onsite to keep reuse pumping all day and ensure our vendors stayed stocked up and happy!

Impact Highlights:

  • Reusable Serviceware in Action: 6956 reusable items used!

  • Outstanding Return Rate: 93% of items were successfully returned - huge for an open street event!

  • Waste Avoided: 276.1kg of single-use waste avoided.
